This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
Need an Official Record?
Use the Hickman County contact that matches the record. Telephone or counter access is important here because no official county trial-case portal, jail roster, booking log, or warrant search was verified.
- Circuit and General Sessions files: contact Circuit Court Clerk Dana Nicholson, Hickman County Justice Center, 104 College Avenue, Suite 204, Centerville, TN 37033; 931-729-2211; fax 931-729-6141; dana.nicholson@tncourts.gov. Local counter hours and criminal-copy fees were not posted, so call before visiting or ordering.
- Deputy reports, booking, jail, and warrant questions: contact the Hickman County Sheriff's Department, 108 College Avenue, Centerville, TN 37033; 931-729-6143; sheriffcraft@hickmancountytn.gov. No separate records desk, public counter hours, request portal, or local fee schedule was posted.
- Centerville police reports: contact the Centerville Police Department, 102 E. Swan Street, Centerville, TN 37033; 931-729-4246 ext. 113. Ask for the records or public-records coordinator. The department did not post records-counter hours, a report fee schedule, or an online request form.
- Centerville City Court files: contact City Court Clerk Robyn Russell, 102 E. Swan Street, P.O. Box 238, Centerville, TN 37033; 931-729-5588; rrussell@centervilletn.org. No online case search, copy fees, or counter hours were posted.
- Tennessee criminal-history reports: use the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Tennessee Open Records Information Services for a state name-based report. The published fee is $29.
- Expungement: begin with the clerk of the General Sessions or Circuit court where the Hickman County case originated.
City police reports do not replace county booking records, and a booking entry does not replace the court's final disposition. Identify the originating agency, case or incident number, event date, and exact record sought before calling. Ask each office to confirm current hours, fees, accepted payment, and whether electronic delivery is available.
